Depending on what you want to do and what your enemy is doing, the build will evolve into different strategies. For example, if the enemy is fast expanding, then you might want to do a Roach all in for an easy win. But if the enemy got immortals or just a good defense, then you just want to harass with your first four Roaches while you expand and get Mutas for harassing and later Hydras.
