This is a really funny build order, it will only work against pretty new players though. Any good player will scout what’s going on and counter the build. A safer way to do it is to build the first pylon and the forge in your base so it won’t be scouted as easily, however, that takes a bit longer.
If you are playing against someone you know won’t scout you, then definitely try this.
