Build Order:

probes till 10supply

10 supply: Pylon
Gateway
assimilator
once pylon is completed queue 3 probes with chrono boost

13 supply:
cybernetic core
assimilator(probe goes to scout)
Twilight Council
research warp gate
gateway
Dark Shrine
and build a last pylon near the enemies base where he cant detect it

Once the warp gate research is completed use it on your gateway.
